Return the prefactor for the Raman excitation profile calculation (A**2 / molec).

Parameters:

• eEL (array) – Laser excitation energies in (cm-1). Can also be a single floating point value.
• M (float) – Electronic transition dipole moment in (A).
• eR (float) – Stokes shift of the Raman line in (cm-1).
• dt (float) – Time increment for the integration (fs).

Returns:

The prefactor for the Raman excitation profile calculation.
