getKuboDamping
(t, Delta, Lambda)¶ Calculates the damping term using Kubo’s stochastic model. This model describes the broadening, but does not yield solvent induced Stokes shifts.
Parameters: - t (array) – Time axis (fs).
- Delta (float) –
Magnitude of solvent energy gap fluctuations (cm-1). This parameter also controls the effective line shape:
- Delta >> Lambda = Lorentzian
- Delta << Lambda = Gaussian
- Lambda (float) – Effective frequency of solvent fluctuations (cm-1).
